Amelia Zai, Staff Writer
Amelia Zai is a senior in her fourth year at OHS. Her love of journalism lies in the flow of a well-written piece and the use of writing to develop a more cohesive worldview and explore topics of personal interest. Amelia’s primary focus is on inclusivity and social justice. She is an advocate for women’s rights and enjoys learning about disability law, which allows her to consider the points of view of a wide variety of individuals with vastly different lives. This humanistic empathy for others serves as her main journalistic inspiration. Outside of writing, Amelia enjoys painting, listening to music, and watching James Bond films.
