Jacob Li, Staff Writer
An avid reader, pianist, photographer, and moderately convincing tennis player, Jacob was born and grew up in Beijing, China and now resides in the Bay Area. As a full time OHS freshman, he writes with equal fondness about arts and culture, philosophy, economics, and technology. In his spare time, you can find him hanging out with his friends, enjoying food from different cultures, cycling along the beach, and being a rather sullen Formula 1 fan for Ferrari’s continuous poor performance spanning two decades. Jacob also loves reading The Economist and The New Yorker as well as rewatching Inception and The Godfather, two films that have done miracles for his taste and absolutely nothing in improving his ability to enjoy a straightforward plot.
