Rachel is a full-time freshman in her second year at OHS who lives in Chongqing China. She spent four years of her childhood in Bournemouth, England, raising her passion for nature and the intricacies of the world through walks in the wildflower meadows and befriending of cats around the neighborhood. She loves literature, biology, and philosophy, seeking ways to interconnect these three subjects every day through mediums like poetry, art and now the Observer! In her free time, she enjoys reading books, making art, watching movies and appreciating music, and she is also an avid crystal, vinyl, and plant (especially flowers) collector.
